Refund policy

RETURNS

We offer a refund or exchange for orders returned to us within 14 days from receipt of delivery. Any orders returned after the 14 day period will be issued with a store credit note (valid for 6 months from date of issue.) Returns are simple, to request a return please send an email to: [email protected] notifying us that you would like to make a return. We will get back to you within 24 hours with further instructions. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. This includes all product labels and packaging to be in-place and still attached to the product. The customer should pay for the return shipping costs, and we advise using a recorded and insured service to guarantee safe delivery. Please ensure that returns are sent in protective packaging.

Sale Items: Sale goods may be returned for a refund only within the 7 day ‘cooling off period’ from the date of your order. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty after this period, sale items can then only be exchanged like for like or for store credit.
