Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

The Northern Fells Clothing Company ship worldwide. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail, come with a tracking number and are insured to the full value. All deliveries made through Royal Mail will require a signature. We ship daily Monday to Friday. You will be notified via email once your item has been despatched. Delivery times vary on destination. Shipping costs are:

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

All orders are shipped on confirmed order date, Monday to Friday, where possible. Shipping will be calculated when you add your address during checkout. An amount will be applied to the sub-total cost of your order. 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

In the unlikely event that something that has been ordered is out of stock we will part–ship any remaining items and give you the option of a refund/exchange on the outstanding item/ items, or the option of having the item charged to you and then sent on when it comes into stock if this is possible within a reasonable amount of time.

RETURNS

We offer a refund or exchange for orders returned to us within 14 days from receipt of delivery. Any orders returned after the 14 day period will be issued with a store credit note (valid for 6 months from date of issue.) Returns are simple, to request a return please send an email to: store@northern-fells.com notifying us that you would like to make a return. We will get back to you within 24 hours with further instructions. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. This includes all product labels and packaging to be in-place and still attached to the product. The customer should pay for the return shipping costs, and we advise using a recorded and insured service to guarantee safe delivery. Please ensure that returns are sent in protective packaging.

Sale Items: Sale goods may be returned for a refund only within the 7 day ‘cooling off period’ from the date of your order. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty after this period, sale items can then only be  exchanged like for like or for store credit. Please contact us for further information.

CUSTOMS & LOCAL TAXES

Depending on your location various local charges, such as customs import, duty, export, brokerage fees or local taxes that are obtained by an International shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and they vary from country to country.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Any second shipments to an unfulfilled International order will have to be paid by the customer not by The Northern Fells Clothing Company.

 

* International orders: Deliveries may take up to 28 days on occasion, as per Royal Mail shipping stipulations.
